  1. The .bank files here (except for Default.bank) are patch lists 
  2. from the corresponding SoundFont files, which are *not* included 
  3. in the MIDImage distribution.

  5. The Default.perc file is taken from the default bank of the
  6. SoundBlaster 5.1 Live card.

  8. All are available on the Web, or are included with the SoundBlaster
  9. Live 5.1 sound card.
